I've heard a lot of positive buzz about their products, but honestly, their ordering system feels pretty shady to me. I placed an order and paid, only to be redirected to a page that said I needed to take an extra step to finalize my purchase. This page was filled with add-on supplements, and there was no option to skip them if I didn't want any extras. It felt like I had no choice but to buy something else just to finish my order.

To make matters worse, there was a notice at the top claiming my shipment would go out within 12 hours. I wasn't sure if that was after I wrapped up my order or what. So, I reached out to customer service through chat. They informed me that there was a 24-hour hold on all orders, meaning my stuff wouldn't ship in the next 12 hours at all.

These kinds of tactics just strike me as unethical, and I steer clear of businesses that operate like this. Their products might be top-notch, but I can't trust a company that plays these kinds of games.

They no longer ship their Nootopia Nootropics World Domination package or any other products to Brazil because of customs regulations. My last order, which I paid 399 U.S. dollars for using my credit card on their site, was blocked by Anvisa, the Brazilian FDA, and never made it to my address. Either Bioptimizers needs to get their lawyers to sort this out with Anvisa and Brazilian customs, or I might have to consider relocating to the USA just to get their products. But honestly, moving from Brazil to the USA is a real hassle, especially when it comes to finances. I've been a loyal Bioptimizers customer since 2005, and I've reached out to their support team, but they haven't replied to my emails.

Over the years, I've tried a bunch of BiOptimizers products and have consistently been blown away by their quality and the outcomes I experience.

This company offers great products, but their customer service is absolutely the worst. I had to make three calls just to get my order placed because the phone lines were acting up. After waiting three weeks, I found out today that my order was cancelled because of a system change on their end. I’m definitely gonna look for another place to buy these products.

I've purchased a bunch of items from this company, and I've faced some shipping and delivery delays. Their customer service isn't exactly the best. You can get the same product from Amazon and have it in just a day or two. BiOptimizer can take 6 days or even longer sometimes. Just keep this in mind before placing your order.

Each batch varies and it drives me nuts. The last bottle I got was fantastic, and I felt great, but the one before that caused me allergic reactions. Just picked up another one from Amazon a couple of weeks back, and guess what? It's causing me allergic reactions again. My throat is seriously closing up today. I really can't figure out why I'm having different reactions to each bottle, except that they seem to lack proper quality control. Honestly, I don't think I'll be purchasing anything from Bioptimizers again.

I really like the product, but I ended up buying it from their site, and it set me back an extra $15. If you go to the magnesium breakthrough website, it’s $15 cheaper. That’s a significant difference! I reached out to their customer service, but they weren’t able to assist me. Feeling pretty let down.
